Refugees aren't economic opportunists....they can't work!
We don't know what hell refugees have been through in their own countries! We can't begin to empathise their looking for a sanctuary without being one!
Refugees will stop moving countries when their nations are secure, the least Western nations can do to provide a home since they are always bombing their homes...
I heard many Americans had the nerve to complain about Iraqi refugees coming to their countries...

a simple answer to this is NO AND TO BE PERFECTLY HONEST once your friend is in Australia and intending to stay for at least six years it would be rather pointless ever paying again,just go and forget it. And further to this the county court would never have any information that would e able to tell them your friend is in fact moving. and take no notice of the first answer they cannot take the passport away a stupid answer IMO

Simple- you stay put in the one you were born in.
Refuges and immigrants are nothing more than economic opportunists. The real persecuted remain behind against their will.
EDIT: The huge number of thumbs down indicates I have hit the sore nerve squarely on its' head. Truth hurts, don't it?
How many Iraqis truly persecuted now have been able to make it to the West- and how many true refugees are waiting it out in the nearest safe nation?
Refugee- a superb guilt-tripping word to disguise an economic parasite.
