I am 24 now and i have been eating healthy basically all my life except when i was younger i was pressured to diet and did all kinds of fad diets. now my weight has stabilized and im in the best shape ever even though i have been in a cast for more than 6 months.
What i eat
breakfast - whole wheat pita toasted and stuffed with grilled chicken, cucumbers, red peppers and tomatoes, coffee with milk
snack - some fruit
lunch - usually some lean meat with veggie salad
snack - some nuts, dried fruit or 60cal yogurt with whole grain cereal
dinner - steamed veggies (broccoli, asparagus, snow peas etc) with some lean meat
snack - some veggies or fruit
i drink a lot of water as well
people who know me say im the healthiest eating person they ever knew.

Well I am pretty healthy but could always improve especially in the loosing some weight area, even though my docotr says i'm an okay weight. usually I eat:
Breakfast: Tea
snack: Fruit
Lunch: Cerel and fruit -sometimes a granola bar if i'm really hungry
snack: 100 calorie pack or rice cakes
Dinner: Chicken or pork and rice or potatoes and a large serving of veggies (everything in portions!)
Dessert: If I am having a sweet tooth I'll have a sorbet cup
Oh I drink only water during the day and I drink a large sletzer water at night (good flavors and basically just carbonated water)
You should try and balance you diet. I use the food pyramid as my loose guide. You should be eating grains, protein, fruits AND veggies, dairy, good fat, and lots of water to be really healthy!

Breakfast, toast or croissant
Lunch, Sandwich (pre-packed usually tuna), crisps
Dinner, Pasta or fish and salad.
I can't think of a vegetable or fruit that I don't like but I don't eat as much as I should.
I drink too much tea & coffee (but without sugar) and not enough water. Don't really eat chocolate / cakes / biscuits and only drink socially at the weekend. Oops I smoke as well.
I stay pretty healthy and am not overweight (in fact a bit skinny).
Was brought up very healthily, we were only allowed fizzy drinks and sweets at Christmas!

Hmm, I like to think I'm fairly healthy. Usually have aprotein shake for breakfast, or scrambled eggs on toast. Salad or sandwich for lunch, or another protein shake if I've been to gym. Chicken and veg for dinner. Beef sandwich and Horlicks for evening snack.
Run between 3-10 miles every day. Use gym 5 times a week for weights.

My health is great - I never have a cold or flu or any kind of virus yet I am slightly over weight, I smoke, don't often drink and food wise is, toast coffee, chocolate, sandwiches, not nutritional enough but my health is great. My sister is like a model doesn't smoke eats well and always has something wrong with her.

i feel healthy, but have diabetes and am going through the menopause at the moment, but inbetween the flushes i feel fine, so far today, i have had a bowl of branflakes, a small pkt raisins. a bag of chips for dinner, and have a roast chicken meal with all the trimmings for tea, dont expect to have anything else, i was not bought up healthy, it was chips with everything, i try not to eat chips too often, but you caught me on a bad day,

yes I think your food habits come from your parents.
I try and eat the right things,but find it hard to stick to.I dont eat enough fruit and veg.
I dont feel healthy just now,need to lose weight.
sounds like you have a healthy diet.green tea is so good for you.
I do a lot of walking for excercise.

i think i am really unhealthy i am a bit over weight, i smoke and binge drink and i yoyo diet. i eat pizza, chips , mash, beans and other tinned stuff. i eat only sweetcorn and potatoes & sometimes onion. i do like fruit but i hardly ever eat it id rather grab a packet of crisps plus im a chocoholic!but i tell you wots nice FROZEN GRAPES! yum yum

I a eat a food a day 1 day a bread 1 day a peanut maybe another day a carrot. you see i am healthy!!
