That has happened to me many times. The only thing you can do is call a good friend, or family member to come over and let you rant, rave, and scream to get it out of your system

It happened to me 2 nights ago. My sons wife did something that made me crazy, I called him about a half hour later, and started screaming. He lives across the street from me, so he said mom I am coming over. When he came I just went on a rampage, I let out all my anger. Now remember this is his wife, but he relaxed me just by listening and telling me that he understands. This was 11:30 at night, and he had been in bed already, but he told his wife my mother is very upset, and if I don't go over she won't sleep, and neither will I.

That is the only thing I can suggest. You need a sounding board. So get someone close from your family, or a friend. Do not keep it bottled in.

Do you have a best friend? maybe your cousin? who is really close to you, you need to pour your heart out, tell her all that you have bottled in, spit it out, throw up, then go with her to the park, scream your guts out, so hard that it would make make you laugh, still if you don't feel better then have a pillow fight, hit the pillow as hard as you can and that's it.
You will feel so much better, trust me it works, but never keep it inside you, because it will blast like a pressure cooker and that can be bad.
You are young, beautiful, smart and intelligent gal, you have your whole life in front of you, do whats best for you.
Good Luck

It helps when I go for a walk, listen to music, talk to someone who will listen and allow me to vent without judging me, do some deep breathing, or just lay outside and journal. The journaling in particular has helped as it allows me to get my thoughts out of my head and onto paper.

Force your thoughts to another topic. Try real hard to not think about what is driving you nutty.

Each time you think about it it gets more ingrained in your brain and harder to get out.

Do something engaging and keep busy. This is not easy. It's like a brain weight lifting program.

Everyone has a friend that will help you get prospective. It helps to purge your soul. Blow off steam and let it go. Sitting on it never helps.

Go to a batting cage and slam some softballs. Works for me (sometimes).
