Bring outfits that can be interchanged...that favorite track suit, with a pair of shorts or 2 that match...probably only necessary to bring one pair shoe and 2 pair of sandals...you'll probably only need the track jacket when it gets cold. Remember only to take what you need, start from a list, and the downsize where needed. also, bring your favorite book or magazines...nature is a great place to relax and get some reading done, well..at least on the ride there and back =)

Take more underwear than you think you'll need and fewer changes of clothing. Bring sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, and an insect repellent. Bring several extra pairs of socks. The nights may get chilly, so bring a couple of sweatshirts.

get light ariy clothes and roll them up in french bread fashion and chunk in socks and undies in small open areas fill in as much space as possible
