their only puppies.. smack the people in the face and tell them their idiots and no puppy is gunna be a perfect little angel...
just kidding.. =]
but get the puppies out more like take them for walks around ur neighborhood. Make sure they come in contact with people (esp. younger children.) Also by letting them play with other dogs in the neighbor hood both puppies and older dogs would help.
that way when interested buyers come to the house.. they arent going to act like they have never seen another human besides u before..
i hope that made sence sorry if it was jumbled and sucky advice..
Good Luck though! =]

As a breeder, your first responsibility is to the puppies you caused to be born to make sure they have the best lives possible. That means NOT selling them to just the first people to come along with money, but to people who understand that labs are a high-energy breed that needs exercise and training.
A responsible breeder is also prepared to keep any puppies that don't sell right away and to give them proper care and medical attention (including shots, deworming etc) until the right homes are found.
And of course, you should be willing to take any of these puppies back at any time in their lives should their new owners be unable to keep them for some reason.
Otherwise you are just an ignorant BYB using your dog as an ATM.

Don't sell them to those people because they seem the type of people that would dump a dog in the river the first time it messes up. Puppies are puppies and the hyper ones can always calm down with proper training.

Lab pups are hyper and it is better for a buyer to see that and realize that take one home and realize it is too hyper a breed for them afterward, otherwise the dog will end up in the pound in a few months and the odds are it will end up being destroyed
And your chocolate lab should be spayed as there is already some 16,000 labs in the US today that do not have a home and roughly 10,000 of them will be euthanized because their is not enough homes for them all, so adding more puppies to the existing problem only results in more being killed

Kit_Kat is right about scheduling them right after they eat, but for the really hyper ones try finding homes with kids that will keep him/her active and playful. good luck with your puppies.

most puppies are pretty hyper, show them after they have been outside playing and are a bit tired. Please screen potential buyers carefully,so that all the pups get good homes.

Spay and neuter. A decent breeder has homes before they are ever mated. This is what happens otherwise you have several pups that never do what you need them to then you end up letting them go to whoever will take them.

When life gives you lemons, make lemonade. So when life gives you puppies make puppy-ade.
