What are the areas that you have worked on, or need to work in for you to be delivered...?

I have renounced... Me and my mother's relationship, she was a hard- core discipliner, which with time hardened me and my sister's heart with each other, now that we are all older and Devoted followers of Christ... she is a chained woman but I need to work on allowing her to be sweet with me. Its been hard and awkward but God is in control!
How about you? what areas do you need deliverance in?

Thanks BUMPS50 just know this... when you confess your areas that need work (which note to all, no one is perfect and we are have weak areas)
you confess them to God and ask God to heal those areas... then you never look back and let God lead your life, he will give you a new beginging!

Thank you-every day as I have my bible devotions I rededicate my life to Jesus and he shows me where I need deliverance and works with me. I think most often it is to forgive others and let the Lord deal with those that are mean to me because I love Jesus heart and soul too as you do.

Some in blindness will condemn you for letting yourself be vulnerable about your mom. I see what you are saying and I will be praying for you. You have already had miracles in this area, and I am proud that you chose to love your mom, yet to beware at the same time.

in amazing grace with thanks

I was raised catholic... I've never been one to blindly follow a thought without looking into the history and control that it has used over the masses for personal gain. Your fear is what what you need to be concerned with. Just a thought....Why would you need to fear a loving god? I'd continue but I seem to always get in trouble on this subject when I ramble too much. LOL!

Well, unlike some, I'm not going to insult you or Christians. I do think that you should examine your feelings and motives for accepting Jesus.

Religion can be a crutch and too many times the acknowledgement of a higher being is unwittingly used to excuse bitterness or ill will.

Belief in Christ is supposed to be liberating not enslaving. Don't be judgemental with your mother. Love her.

People are cruel. This probably isn't the area to testify. But I need to be kinder to those who hate me. Instead of wanting to kick them in bad places to kick.

I need deliverance from Christianity. Renouncing your mother doesn't sound very Christian.
