As I recall the replica in Niles actually leans mainly to the east as it parallels Touhy ave which runs east/west.
As for the pizza tower that got eaten years ago in the great chicago pizza eating contest at the taste of chicago. Some fat lady from the south side won by eating a 1/2 ton of pizza in 60 minutes. She was huge!
