keep utensils in kitchen?

hi all

what do u English speaking people generally say when u have to tell the kids or to anybody to keep their utensils in kitchen sink after the meal.... i mean generally how do u say it:

1. keep the utensils in kitchen sink
2. keep the pots in kitchen sink
3. keep the used dishes in kitchen sink

or anything else.... i mean how do u say it casually...

Put the dishes / plates in the sink.


Unless you want to be eccentric and keep them there permanently...
