Prayer does not necessarily solve our problems.
It makes them more bearable, gives us an inner peace.
Prayer is the realization that we cannot control most things in our lives, and learning to understand and realize that will make us happier people.
Pray for the guidance to make the proper choices that will help you solve your problems. We must take responsibility for our actions, and not use prayer as a means of failing to act in responsible ways.

Q: What is the proper way to pray? How do I pray?
A: We shouldn’t treat prayer like a magic formula. We don’t have to say certain things to get God to do something. Prayer is simply talking with God. All you have to do is tell God what your concerns are and ask Him for help. Philippians 4:6-7 tells us, “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” If you want an example of a prayer, read Matthew 6:9-13. This passage is known as the Lord’s prayer. This is not a prayer we are to memorize and recite to God. It is an example of the things that should go into a prayer – worship, trust in God, requests, confession, protection, etc. Pray for these things, but use your own heartfelt words.

Your ability to communicate with the Godhead--both Mother & Father--is always within you...I call it Soul Sounds--your gut feeling, that first thought...here are your answers of truth & your direct line to & from the Source.
When you communicate, however...it is not in supplication or the asking of "help"...it should be more in appreciation--the thanking for assistance already in motion, and for the power we already possess to create change.
You must first see your "problem" as not a difficulty, but a challenge to which you have both free-will choice and creative ability to adapt the situation as YOU command. From each experience do we have the capability to grow in some way or another...the wiser route is to stop & see the experience for what it is, listen to your soul sounds as to the truth of your feelings about it, and move on...the more you practice this, the quicker your experience changes & the faster you move on...it just works that way.
God has no preference in your use of choice or what you create...His only care is that you be that which most reflects the grandest you, thereby reflecting the grandest Him...He rejoices in all experience--every feeling, every moment--they are all "good" to Him, since they all provide input/reflection...they are all a part of the everything that we are all a part of...See???
We have to keep in mind that we are not humans having a spiritual experience here...we are spirits having a human experience. And when we get muddled into the massive negativity of this place, it is always to the Mother that we should turn--She is the prayer answerer, She is the nurturer, the protector, and the One who sees our agenda and acts accordingly to our purpose of the lifetime we are involved in.
You may also like to know that you are never "alone"...you have a host of multitudes of benevolent beings around you always--Angels by the score, your beloved guide...all who are there to listen & answer...and with each question, or prayer, always listen...to the next song on the radio, the next phone call, the next thing you read in the paper--you may even get a little shiver to help you "see" the answer when it comes.
Hope this gave a bit of insight to what you're going through & how to cope!!! Good Journey, Love!!!

Read psalms. King David sang, played musical instruments, and prayed to God constantly in this book. Even in times of trouble. He would talk about it, question it, and ask for deliverance. As well as praise God. There is the lords prayer. However, I would not pray it exactly like that. As I'm sure it gets old. If your problems are that bad. You may also try therapy. God gave us knowledge for a reason. Keep in mind -everyone, especially God's people are going to have problems/troubles, until the end of this system of things. Best wishes.

This is some of the best advice you'll ever get: Take the time you would have spent praying and instead find a friend or family member to help you with your problems.

God knows your heart. Pray to God as you would ordinarily talk to a friend. Whenever you pray God comes to you. Have faith and trust that God will solve your problems in his own way and time.

It is pretty easy.
1) Address who you are talking to. Jesus tells us to speak to the Father...so you can start with "Dear Heavenly Father"
2)Tell Him what you are thankful for.
3) Tell him your problems. Ask for what you need.
4) Close in the name of Jesus Christ.
Be respectful and reverent, as well as open to his answers and council, and it will be that much easier to hear what He has to tell you.

Well you have to say his name like say "jehovah" or "dear jehovah" or say it somewhere in the prayer, and whatever is on your mind let God know, And when you are finished "say in the name of your son jesus christ amen".
