no saw it on tv and it looks really cool want to get one for my mom and sister

This is a new one. It's interesting that it washes the litter. I would be a little skeptical about it getting the whole bowl clean. I've had two Littermaid boxes for several years and been fairly happy with them. My cats use them and are waiting in line every time I empty the collection containers and put in fresh litter.

I had one that swept the dirty litter to the end of the box and my cats wouldn't go near the thing they were scared to death and began finding other places do go potty until I gave them the old litter box back.

no, those automatic litterbox cleaners always sound better than they really are. most of them don't work very well or scare the cat or even hurt the cat. just get a regular litter box and scoop it out at least once daily.
