eating nothing but colesteral filled red meat for days at a time isn ot healthy AT ALL what made you lose the weight was all the water you drank it flushed your system if you keep drinking the water and just eat healthy portions of food you will continue to lose weight in a healthyer way than just cutting off all other food groups

If you understand the mechanisms of digestion and nutrition then this is no surprise. Couldn't recommend it long term though. You would get a similar result from eating steak and vege's (not root vege's), which would be a bit safer.

Why don't you try starving yourself? That probably works too. But hey that's unhealthy.... so is eating only steak for 5 days.

That sounds too good to be true, but surely you suffered from bad gas?
I mean my dog eats mostly meat and he can strip wall paper with his gas.
Hope it wasn't the case!

yeah you feel great now-
You can lose 10 pounds eating ANY ONE item for a week. Any items but maybe ice cream.
