Riva FLV Encoder, Everything Blank?

Question

Have never used this program, and online comments regarding this does not have any resolution, so I'll try here.
Basically, I open the FLV player and get a small grey picture within a white window with "Display" located in it.
Also if I open Riva FLV Encoder, all of the fields are blank with no text and no visual "macro" buttons.
Any suggestions? Thanks
P.S. Installed/Downloaded from three different sites, same size and same results.

yeah that program sucks. try this one (Wondershare Video To Flash Encoder) very good program and you won't regret it. Goodluck!
