Yes!!! You really should brush and floss your teeth twice a day. If you have bleeding gums(spit blood) you may already have some form of gum disease. This comes from not brushing as you should. Make an appointment with a dentist to get your teeth cleaned and checked. Then start taking better care of them. This should help correct the bleeding, and will probably improve your social life. Remember, Ignore your teeth and they'll go away.

You answered your own question. If you are spitting blood obviously something is wrong and if you are brushing your teeth only once a week God help you and those that have to be around you!
There is a saying..."Only brush the ones you want to keep"
If it isn't important to you(brushing), they (the teeth) won't stick around.

You're spitting blood because you are not brushing daily - you really should brush twice a day!!! Please go check out bad dental hygiene on the Internet. If you want any teeth left in a couple of years - adopt some self respect and start looking after yourself! You will thank yourself later

Yes! It's absolutely necessary that you brush your teeth daily! My mom takes her auto to the car wash more frequently than you take a toothbrush into your oral cavern. Devote 2 few minutes, three times a day, 7 days a week for a healthy and attractive lifestyle.

But if none of these answers have convinced you to brush up your hygiene lessons, then I suppose you might as well spend your time doing something else more productive than posting questions in vain.

Go to the Dentist!! Sounds like you're getting "gingivitis". If that happens,it's very expensive to treat;if they don't have to pull out all your teeth. Bleeding from the gums is serious.! It's good to brush 2 to 3 times a day.........at least once a day. Also flossing to remove what the toothbrush doesn't get,and massage the gums. How can you ignore that bad taste in your mouth when you get up in the morning?! Are you depressed???

You should brush your teeth AT LEAST twice a DAY!
If you are spitting blood when you brush your teeth, that is a sign of a very serious gum disease call gingivitis!
Go to your dentist immediatley :)

Of course you need to brush twice a day and floss! That is nasty! Why don't you just take 2 minutes out of your day to brush your teeth? I bet your teeth and breath are nasty!

Did you know that if you got gum disease...it could lead to heart problems...and even other problems in your body? Hello??
