I had a gym class not too long ago, and in it, a student presented us and lead us through the daily work out routine (Done in the Morning) by his father, a Navy SEAL
I don't know if it's the offical work out routine for all the SEAL's, or if it was only a thing around here, but I would like an outline of the routine.
To narrow down the search, it didn't use any equipment other than a persons own body. It was composed of stuff like Push Ups, Jumping Jacks, Curl ups, etc......
So if anyone knows where I can access this routine, it would be very helpful
