I have a Kenwood 600w max power amp, and I want a soundbar for my wrangler. but I know nothing about audio systems and I didnt know if a 2 channel amp could work with a 6-speaker soundbar. Can anyone help?

All the Wrangler sound-bars I've seen are designed specifically to be used with 2-channel amps. There should be an internal crossover network that splits the power to the various speakers. It's just like a pair of 3-way speakers.

As the first poster said, if there are two speaker terminals on the sound bar, then you only need two amp channels to run all the speakers.

Look on the soundbar-if it has only 2 inputs (left and right) you're golden. However your amp is rated 600 watts (peak, no doubt-the actual or RMS power is much lower) and may not have enough guts to power a large soundbar. Look for an amp with at least 150w RMS per channel. Peak power is irrelevant.

I would use 2 amps if possible 1 for the subs...just add the rms wattage of the subs and get that size amp. And one for all the other speakers...do the same.
