Perfectly? I don't think anybody speaks perfectly, but I'll go for fluently.

My native language is Afrikaans, and I can speak English fairly well, I think!

Afrikaans is a language spoken by a large group of South Africans. It has evolved from Dutch.

Not many people speak PERFECTLY a language. It would be hard to get an answer.

Many people speak languages fluently. Here is a list of languages that I speak fluently:

Cantonese (native language)
English
French

I don't speak any language PERFECTLY, even my native English. Spanish and French - usually considered to be good by natives; Italian - not as well; several others - what I consider to be not good :-)

I'm native italian. I speak english (working on its perfection) and I speak Spanish and a little French.
I don't think it's easy to achieve perfection, not even in your native language, that's why I won't tell you that my italian or my english are perfect! Am I too picky??
