".... Me being a Christian, I just cannot wait until all atheists, blasphemers, ridiculers are destroyed permently as then the earth will be a better place to live. No more chaos and craziness; all of that will end.
Also, I cannot wait until the false Christians and all of false religions are eliminated also. A True Christian is never intimidated or threated by a lowly atheist. Who told you that?
Scary world...very blasphemous. Can't wait until Armageddon."

Paul, no I did not report her. I use the report function VERY sparingly. I understand your point though.

Cricket, I might think this person was just a troll if I did not hear this sort of rhetoric so frequently from other so-called Christians. No, I think she was quite sincere.

Man -this breaks my heart. Everytime I see something like this it breaks my heart.
No, this is NOT an example of Christian love. This is not even an example of love at all. It is not tolerant, understanding or patient. It is unkind and self-serving -completely against Christ's teaching.
It hurts me to see this because this is where (in this case) you've gotten your exposure to "Christianity". It's abhorable behavior!! It is completely unacceptable.
I'm very, very sorry. Sorry that you had to experience this as an answer. Sorry that others reading that post will take away the same impression of Christianity as you have. Sorry that the person posting refuses to let Christ's light shine "through" them. Sorry that that poster can't see that by propogating such min-information they are fostering contempt instead of spreading the peaceful message of Christ. And most sorry that people continue to spout these types of rants -claiming the name of Jesus - without ever really knowing or understanding who He is.

Ridiculous. The world will never be a better place to live until people can learn to stop perpetuating this kind of hate. For a person to think that all the worlds problems are caused by *all those other people who aren't at all like me, not even a little bit* is just delusional. Let alone advocate that *those other people* be murdered and destroyed. Martin Luther King Jr. said "Love is the only force capable of transforming an enemy into friend." This kind of hate and violence only divides the world into more and more enemies.

What loving Christians (and for that matter, "peaceful Muslims") don't realize is, when they do control a little section of the world, they will turn on each other with the same "love" and the same "peace." There will always be their own kind who aren't as holy as they should be. Or that don't tithe enough. Or that besmirched God by not saying enough to praise Him.
Yep, look out for loving, peaceful zealots 'cause they can kill you.

Jesus rebuked his followers when they wanted to call down fire from heaven and destroy those who opposed them. He told them they did not know what spirit was causing them to speak in that manner.
Scripture states that God is not willing that any should perish and further that He takes no pleasure in the death of any man. If you find pleasure in contemplating the death of anyone then your spirit cannot be of God regardless of what you believe.
Christians are commanded to love those that hate and despise and ridicule them. Jesus was ridiculed and rejected from his appearance to this day.
Although Christians should be able to see, better than any, the Sodom condition of this world; their response should be as Abraham. He prayed and bargained with God to save, even the wicked, for the sake of finding ten people who led quiet lives before God; without running the streets seeking their own interests and engaging in criminal violence.
Is the response an example of Christian love? In no way; for it does not match the example of mercy and love which God offers the world in Christ Jesus even to this hour.

I reported her. Did you?
The last thing we need here is wackos advocating violence.
I don't report people just because I disagree with them. This was clearly FAR over the line, though. I do agree with you about using "report" sparingly - it becomes useless if it's misused.

While this is one of the worse examples, there are many at YA that are along these lines. Usually they tell atheists they are going to hell and will burn for eternity.

In my opinion, it is simply an example of a person whom does not LIVE what they profess to Believe.
If someone professes strong "Belief", but does not respect their Beliefs enough to actually LIVE those Beliefs, then how can they expect others to respect either them or their Beliefs?

I have seen such Christian love before. I cannot imagine why we are not all flocking to the Assembly of God church right now. Lets go worship HER/HIS god, yes sir!
When the god you worship is a murdering, jealous, megalomaniac it is not wonder that the followers are mean spirited as well.

No, I don't believe it is. I certainly don't feel that way, and I'm a Christian.
Are you sure that person isn't just a troll?

Be VERY careful of what you ask and say. God IS the only Judge and who knows maybe one who bashes Christ will come to know Him if the chance is given later on in their life.
