If ur pc performs a chkdsk everytime it starts it means there is something wrong with the hard disk. Even I had the same problem.
Open My Computer.
For each drive on the pc, right click on the drive and select properties. Click on Tools Tab. Click on Check Now Button
On the dialog box that appears, select 'Automatically Fix File System Errors' and 'Scan for and attempt recovery of Bad Sectors'
And then click on Start.
If it says that windows has scheduled a check at startup then start ur computer again and do the same thing all over again.
If it stops during phase 4 use end task to finish the task
ur pc should work fine now.
Mine is working very smooth now

Chkdsk is running because there is an issue with the hard drive itself. If this runs every time you start and in the same place you are near to having a hard drive failure. Backup your important items!

Then force the machine to run a complete chkdsk. If you still have issues replace the hard drive.

This can be caused by bad sectors, bad "smart" drive errors or other items but none of them are good.

If the drive has hardware issues defrag wont run etc.

Why would you want to "dodge" it? Your computing device is caution you that there would nicely be a issue along with your difficult stress, and CHKDSK grants the single probability to perceive the challenge (through scanning) and fasten it. CHKDSK does run on a black exhibit because a suitable test won't be able to be done at the same time as residing house windows is operating
