Quod non necat roborat.
This shortens it a bit by using a verb for strengthen instead of a literal tanslation of 'make stronger', and is more likely what a Roman would have said.
I've left out both 'me's' in the interest of keeping it short. I believe this phrasing would fit, but if you feel you have to use 'me' in the phrase, put it after Quod.

Susurrus somni = Whisper of a dream. Do NOT rely on an online translator. They will rarely give a correct translation. The one Sand proposed is incredibly bad. Barba = WhisKer, not WhisPer. I thought she may have made a typo in entering the words, so I went to the site. If you enter 'whisKer,' you get 'barba.' If you enter 'whisPer,' you still get 'barba.' Also, the 'of' is not Latin; that's still English, and the last word is in wrong form.

QVOD ME NON NECAT (ME) FORTIOREM FACIT
The secon ME is merely optional, just to keep yr phrasing, but Romans would have never repeated it, so my suggestion is to take it away.
Remember Romans were writing just in capital and they would have written QVOD instead of QUOD ( U was unknown by them and in classic Latin just write V instead)
