Have any body any scouts of NBA Email?

Hello my name is Tarek I'm from Egypt and I'm good player But Egypt is poor in scouting so what shall i do must i go to Saudi is this a better choice Thanks

Maybe try contacting all 30 teams and asking them.

I think there is some sort of scouting agency that does scouting by contract for several teams, but I do not know the name of the organization.
