Not directly. Jesus told Hid disciples to worship the Father. You can read in the entire Bible and find nothing about Jesus explicitly saying "worship me". However, it is assumed that Jesus and the Father are one (see John) though.

Reviewing world history, one can see that no other religious leader ever claimed to be the Son of God except Jesus.

When offered all the kingdoms of the world if he would perform just one “act of worship” to Satan, Jesus refused, declaring: “It is Jehovah your God you must worship, and it is to him alone you must render sacred service.” (Luke 4:7, 8) From Jesus’ words and actions, it is clear that only Jehovah God is to be worshiped. This worship includes “sacred service,” for “faith without works is dead.”—James 2:26.

Jesus did say "I and the Father one." (John 10:30) But he did not mean that he was God. Right in the context of the verses after John 10:30, Jesus forcefully argued that his words were not a claim to be God. He asked the Jews who wrongly drew that conclusion and wanted to stone him: "Why do you charge me with blasphemy because I, consecrated and sent into the world by the Father, said, 'I am God's son'?" (John 10:31-36, NE) No, Jesus claimed that he was, not God the Son, but the Son of God.

Jesus' message is that we should worship God who is the only true God. When He came to earth He came as the Son of Man so He told others to worship His Father who is God. Jesus when He was on earth accepted worship from those who knew He is the Son of God. God, the Father, and God, the Son, and God, the Holy Spirit is one God, the Holy Trinity.
It is right that we worship God and non other as God is the only One who is omnipotent, omnipresent and omniscience, who is our very present help in times of trouble

No. Jesus is comparable to the Essene "Teacher of Righteousness" of 2 centuries before. "St." Paul and the Church in the 2nd though 4th CE xtians created a new god - the Trinity. Jesus described what you would have to do to enter his "Kingdom of Heaven" of 2000 years ago. The NT distorts his message to make it a Roman State Religion.

What he really found was a way to unite the conscious soul (Ba) with the Unconscious soul (Ka) to create a new astral vehicle -- the Glorifed Body -- that could survive death intact...

Jesus(peace be upon him) is a prophet and human. And He called people to beleive in only one God like all other prophets. and he never said -I am son of God or he never said worship me_ Unfortunately his orignal message was changed by human hand. We are Muslim, we believe in Him as prophet. wHAT WE KNOW IS THAT HE HAD VERY GOOD CARECTER AND HE WAS AN HUMBLE PERSON. Do not believe what some people allege about him. All the best : )

Huh? Jesus told people to worship God! Not himself. God and Jesus are not one.

don't worshiup who. I think he was telling the pharases of fro worshiping money or making themself to high and mighty but he did not say worship me only worship God. but as he is God in the flesh it would have included him. but he did not seek worship for himself on earth.

"Don't worship them... worship me!"...this sound pretty selfish to me...
Are you sure this is a basic selfless message? Or is it a basic selfish message?
