If you go to a health food shop they should sell a supplememnt called sea kelp, and it helps grow strong healthy hair and nails and will make it grow slightly faster too. Its cheep too and will only cost about £4 for 60 tablets.

You can also pick up hair and nail supplements from local supermarkets.

Hope it helps x x

unfortunately your hair will grow at its natural rate, i was recently looking into this myself as i want flowing locks and seem to be getting nowhere!! all these products and tips that people use and recommend are all garbage unfortunately, i was gutted when i found out! all you can do really is ensure you have lots of vitamin c in your diet which will make your current hair more healthy and strong so less chance of snapping etc. hair on average grows 6 inches a year so thats roughly half an inch per month or 1.25cm whichever way you prefer to measure so give it a couple months and you should be there!!!

literally created an account for this forum, just so I could highly recommend a product that has done enormous wonders for my hair growth. - Hairtopia. These pills can be found at www.hairboutique.com. I have been using them for about 3 months off and on, and after finally managing to stay with the program for about trhee weeks consistently. I am AMAZED at how fast my hair has grown. I am also one of the most leery, skeptical consumers around especially when it comes to stuff like pills, but I can truly say that I will probably take these for the rest of my life to promote and maintain long, healthy hair. After "testing" them out for the past few months, I've finally decided to try the 6 month subscription, where the pills are sent to me each month for the next 6 months. If the growth keeps up at its current pace, I should be where I want to be (waistlength) in about 6 months time. I went from slightly below shoulder length hair, to middle-of-my back hair in about three weeks. Cons - cost, daily consistency. Pros - All natural, easy to consume products. Long, thick, beautiful hair. Glowing, clear skin and healthy nails. Even my hair stylist, who I go to once a week, is amazed at how thick and long my hair was getting. I used to sit under the dryer for a roller set for an hour and half. After getting blow dries for a couple of weeks while on Hairtopia (I finally felt my hair was healthy enough to withstand the heat) I went back for a roller set and it took me close to 3 hours for my hair to dry due to the thickness and new length. The products speak for themselves!

ok, bypass out and purchase you some Horsetail 500mg supplementations and Shapelys MTG! With Horsetail i will get everywhere from 2 inches to 3. I purely began utilising MTG, however the day following the 1st time I used it, I have been given 1 / 4 to a a million/2 of inch of growth!

the answer is it will only grow at natures levels at that is about half and inch a month a bit faster in summer, your diet can help, and of course the condition of your hair, regular micro trims will promote growth, any products that says make your hair grow faster will only lighten your purse, hope you get there soon

I'm afraid it's mostly good diet, as your hair takes whatever nutrients are left from the rest of your body. Eat plenty of fruit and veg and drink plenty of water to keep your hair hydrated. Also, take some mineral supplements, such as kelp and eat LOADS of healthy proteins, such as chicken and nuts.

You're lucky to have hair that doesn't grow fast. Mine grows an inch or more a month. I can't have a "style" at all.
