My main concern is Microsoft Office. Can I transfer my microsoft word/excel/powerpoint files from my pc to my mac if i have microsoft office put on the new imac.

Yes, as long as you have Microsoft Office for Mac, the file are interchangeable between the two platforms.

Yes, you can transfer your microsoft word/excel/powerpoint files from your pc to mac. You don't need microsoft office on the new imac.

NeoOffice is free and compatible with M$-Office. It is available on the Apple Download site.

yes you can install office 2004 for mac and convert your all file to normal doc xls and etc. and just copy and past on mac that's it
