2 boys go first & drop off one boy
1 boy goes back for the man
they tie a long rope that will stretch across the river onto the boat & the man holds onto the end of it
& the boy goes across the river
& then the man drags back the boat & whammy he can cross the river
but where does the rope come from lol
or if the river is real narrow the canoe can be pushed across
