If someone said this to me, I wouldn't be impressed. One shouldn't feel as though he/she is falling apart. Love should ADD to a person, not take him/her to pieces. It should make a person feel whole or completed, as though a part of him/her was added to the puzzle and now the picture is complete. I'd really prefer the person I love to say something like: "Every time I look at you, I feel that I've been made whole."

everytime i see you my world falls to peices was the best one i think, and i wouldnt really advise you say this to a partner unless it us being used in the right context because it could be taken the wrong way!
''i love you so much, everytime i look at you my world falls to peices.. your all i think about'' now thats cute. but used alone it sounds very broken hearted i think
GoodLuck =]

Each time I look at you, I fall apart..(?)--I think this may come off as a bad thing.
Ever heard that old Patsy Cline song that says..,"I fall to pieces, each time I see you again..."?
You could try, " Just one look at you takes my breath away.", or ,"Looking at you shakes up my whole world."

like everytime you look at that person, you feel all shatterd inside?..
good or bad..?
i guess saying shatterd as in butterflies, or heartbroken.
