Does anyone know of any Alien Races on Star Trek, that looked the same but maybe had different skin colours? Sort of like us - Black White, Chinese etc etc

Of course there are many cases where the actor or even background characters were coincidentally black, white, asian, etc. Bajorans, Klingons, Romulans, and Vulcans all were examples of this. Vulcans are a good example because you have Spock in TOS and Tuvok in VOY. In the Star Trek universe it seems they have moved past identifying people by skin color, so these coincidental differences are never addressed (so Tuvok just happened to have darker skin hue than Spock, and that's it).

Romulans - There was another "race" of Romulans that inhabited Remus in Star Trek Nemesis:

Klingons - The Klingons of the TOS underwent a major change when they reappeared in the movies and subsequent series. We understand that this was due to more sophisticated makeup techniques and of course larger budgets in later years, but the difference is mentioned in this DS9 episode:

Trill: The story lines don't address it at all, but compare the Trill appearance in the TNG episode below to those in DS9, like Dax who has the spots:

Andoreans - In this Enterprise episode they encounter white skinned Andoreans versus the typical blue:

Humans - Star Trek was awesome because it never made a big deal out of the fact that there were different ethnicities represented on the crew, but there were a few cases where the Human skin color issue was mentioned in Star Trek. Here is one DS9 episode that comes to mind:

Finally, I think the best example is of the two survivors of Cheron. They are both black and white, but on opposite sides. It's a classic episode which really deals with how silly it is to classify people based on skin color. The crew of the Enterprise didn't even notice it at first. I think it was a bold message for the time period of TOS:

In the original series there was an episode titled "Let That Be Your Last Battlefield" that had aliens from the planet Cheron. They were literally half black and half white, the dividing line went down the middle of their face. They were actually in a race war based on which side of the face was which color.
