I don't think there's a perfect answer to this question. What everyone looks at is different. When I see I girl I honestly look at how she looks first, then I may look at who she's hanging out with, what she's doing, whether she's having fun, how she acts around other people, see if she drinks or smokes, and notice whether she does anything that I may find obscene. There are tons of other things that I look at, I don't go through a list, they're just things you notice. What matters to you in a girl? Next, depends on if you like what you've seen/noticed, if you like it perhaps go up to her and talk to her, buy her a drink, or if you don't then obviously you don't do anything.

First and the foremost thing I like to see in how the girl does eye contact. Then I observe her smile. These two traits are good enough to judge anyone.
