and most Christians don't even act like kind people?

I'm saying they "hate atheists" as Americans will never elect a president who is an atheist, and it has been said that Americans hate atheists the most out of any kind of people in polls.

REVELATION 12:7-9 . . .And war broke out in heaven:
Mi′cha·el and his angels battled with the dragon, and the dragon and its angels battled 8 but it did not prevail, neither was a place found for them any longer in heaven. 9 So down the great dragon was hurled, the original serpent, the one called Devil and Satan, who is misleading the entire inhabited earth; he was hurled down to the earth, and his angels were hurled down with him.

Satan the Devil is responsible for all the confusion. Those who hate Atheist are just as confused as the Atheist they hate. Satan the Devil doesn’t care what you believe as long as you do not learn the truth about God’s Kingdom. Jesus didn't hate anyone, not even sinners.

Right....Americans hate Atheists....that's why we no longer have religion is schools and are told not to say Merry Christmas or mention the easter bunny because they sound to "Christian-like." If you didn't get it already, that's sarcasm. There are half of America who hate atheists because they think atheists are wrong. And the other half of America hates religion because they think it's wrong. And you wonder why most Christians don't act like kind people? Well, there are some who are Christians because their parents are and made them go to church when they were a kid. That's not real Christianity. Then there are semi-real Christians. They believe the word and preach it, but don't live it. They are the people yelling and screaming at atheists because the atheists are "wrong." Immature if you ask me, but that is just my matter of opinion. Then there are the real Christians. They believe it, preach it, and live it. They accept everyone....including the atheists and don't scream their heads off because the atheists don't believe in God. In short, it's actual just one big hate fest and no one really cares to say "hey, why can't we all just get along?" They just yell and scream and argue about who's right.

seems like you're a lot more judgemental (esp the MENTAL part) than a most christians I know.

First of all, where do you get off saying "Americans hate atheists"?? Is this because people tend to hate YOU? Because you seem like the sort to inspire that negative feeling in people. But don't expect that "Americans" hate everyone else. In fact we don't really give a damn what others believe, so long as they let us believe whatever it is we want to believe. It's a live and let live society. Not so for militant people like yourself, who would force others to believe as you do no matter what your specific theology is.

About Christians being kind people, why don't you try being kind yourself before you go pointing out the faults in others? Charity starts at home, buddy. So if you are so worried about the kindness of others, you had better start changing your own attitude.

1. I am American and I do hate atheists.
2. I go to church at least once a week; not only on Christmas and Easter.
3. You are correct. Unfortunately many Christians do not even act like kind people.

they're not christians... they're pseudo-christians. if they were really christians, they wouldn't hate anyone. they say ''i'm christian,'' because most people take that to mean ''i'm moral,'' when 9 times out of ten, neither is true. going to church once or twice a year to make grandma happy hardly qualifies a person christian. a true christian must take his faith seriously and make many sacrifices. if america were truly christian, we wouldn't have some of the problems we do: high divorce and teen pregnancy rates, drugs, sex, and violence all over the media, school shootings, racism, etc, etc, etc.

and by the way: we live in a bigoted, war-mongering country. americans hate everyone who doesn't share the same views, the main view being ''we're better than everyone else, just because we were born here. if such and such country has a problem with us, i say we nuke 'em.'' look around sometime. we could definitely stand to lose some of our foolish pride and learn a little humility.

do not judge christianity by the conduct of ''christians.'' judge christianity by the conduct of Christ.

edit:

emily... you don't believe in God. the bible defines you as antichrist. lol. it doesn't mean that you're a devil-worshipper who eats babies. it doesn't mean that you're spiteful and hate everything christian. it doesn't even mean that you are what the world would call a ''bad person.'' i know lots of antichrists that are nice people. you could even say ''that Jesus guy was a swell fella,'' and still be antichrist. it simply means that you don't accept Christ as your Lord and Savior. that's all. have a nice day. lol

Its not just atheists , could you imagine a pagan prez?
True not all christians are hateful, im shure there are a dozen or so nice ones out there. but as a former "holy roller" i was taught that all different views maybe tolerated but were totally WRONG. So its en-grained from childhood and now they have jesus camps that are more like radical terrorist summer camps.but hey its OK if its for YOUR god right. JEEZ no wonder I'm a witch now and so much happier too.

Going to church is a good place for Christians to praise GOD and meet with each other, but going to church does not make you a Christian. As for your second remark about Christians not liking people, you have to remember that Christians are also human and not perfect.

I'm an American and I don't hate atheists, I feel sorry for them. And are you aware Americans aren't required to attend church?
I beg to differ about most Christians not being kind either. Maybe its your attitude if everyone is unkind to you

To a Christian, anything not Christian is evil, and must be hated. At least that was what it seemed like during the many years they tried to indoctrinate me, and I still see that in them.

To me, the Abramic religions are more about hate thatn love judging from their actions instead of by their claims.
