"Much" is a quantifiable term. How "much" do I love God? I don't know if I can answer that honestly. I am a sinful creature saved by God's grace and set aside to receive the blessings of salvation by the death of Christ on the cross for my sins. So, I guess I love God with all my heart, soul, mind and strength, since I have no hope to love Him at all if He didn't first love me.

I love my God more than my wife, my 3 infant children, my job and my life. I would gladly lay down all of them if asked of my God, but I pray He is merciful and does not ask this of me.

I do not put as much faith in God as I should He has healed my children when they were sick and has taken care of my family in so many ways! I would hate to see what my life would have been w/o Him, but sadly when I need help I often try to fix problems on my own (I am human), it's not that I don't think that He will help me I know that He will but so many times I wait until the need is so bad that there seems noway to get through and in desperation I go to God and not always in my time or in the ways that I think that He will always He has everything fixed and better than I ever could have done on my own. I love Him with every fiber of my being, and in my life I put God first and family second because I depend totally on Him for the lively hood of my family!

Dear The Cats Pajama,

It is a hard question to answer- because you can't really quantify your love for God. And i think honestly we know that we can always love God more. Thank God that we are accepted by the righteousness of Christ and not by the merits of our works.

i do my best to love God with all my heart, mind, and strength. Yes in my heart of hearts i love him above all else. i wish i could testify that i make the right decisions that reflect this value 100% percent of the time. There are times i fall into materialism, etc.

Someone once gave this wonderful definition of being a Christian: Being a Christian is going to God again and again and again. And i think that's where my life often is: i find myself falliing short of God- and i go to Him. i find my strength and wisdom is not enough and i go to Him. i need direction - i go to Him.

Hope that answers the question sufficiently. Thankfully His Grace is greater than my sin...

Kindly,

Nickster

I have a buiness were people tell me, they are not going to pay me for the work that I have done. I do not worry, God takes care of them and within a week or two I get paid and the persons working at the same job never get paid! Does that tell you something.

Yes, more than my own family. He is the one that created everything, what he is second?

I know it would be difficult if I had to give up something worldly or materialistic for my Heavenly Father and Christ, but I am pretty confident that I would. In the end what does matter? Would either the Father or the Son care that you own a aston martin or live in a beach house in malibu?

i loved God, and it doesn't mean that if you loved him you forget about your family. remember one of the ten commandments love your neighbor as you love god. so to love god love the people around you because in them you Willl see the presence of god. with regards to material things, love god always above them. talking about my faith, to prove that i have faith in god i trust to him, ask his help, thank him, pray also to him that he wil guide me in the right way.believe that his the most powerful

all ,i have no choice it is like breathing ,you cant put everything in at one time ,only what you need for the moment ,but constantly

as i love myself, if i hate myself, how can i love God .If i hate God , how much can i love myself. If i love myself ,how can i hate you ,that is created in Gods image. So to truely love God, i must love myself, and i must love you .If i hate you ,or anyone else , and i say i love God ,then im lying

100%
yes, I love him more than family and material things...Without him they would all be meaningless(the material things)...the love I have for my family comes second to the love I have for him...both are unconditional.

I'd like to give all my might, heart, soul, being to Him who saved me from eternal damnation.

Yeah I'd like to think so. But when push comes to shove - is when the truth will be known
