Don't beat yourself up over this. It happens. Learn from your mistake, and move on. I don't think he will be telling anyone since he is married. If you do happen to run into him again, or talk to him let him know how you are feeling. He may not care, but it helps to let it out. It is probably best to just stay away from him. You gave into temptation once, so it is possible for it to happen again. Remember, no one is perfect. You are not the only one responsible for this mistake. It takes two. You do need to be prepared to take responsibility for your actions.

I'd say you could talk to an out of town therapist for awhile, if talking about it outloud doesn't help you then at least they can prescribe you medicine. Whatever that can ease your mind you're going to have to take, if you think moving will completely get rid of the problem then do it. Prolonged stress such as you're enduring can make you physically ill and also harm you in the long run.

You know, when we do something wrong we are the last one to forgive ourself. You must carry the burden of what you did forever but you don't need to punish yourself forever. We ALL make mistakes. You must keep this to yourself. Pray to
God for forgiveness - he will forgive you and ask for peace of mind over it. It was not right, granted, but it doesn't need to ruin the rest of your life. Be careful about drinking, also. You don't need to move away or let this one occasion ruin your future. Put it behind you. You know you are a good person that just made a bad choice. And you weren't alone in making the choice, either. Mister married man should be ashamed of himself. Please make it easy on yourself by never being alone with him again.

You scewed up. Running from it doesn't fix anything. I wouldn't tell my friends either. Talk to someone who is objective and seperated from the situation. Maybe talking to a psychologist would be the best thing. They could not only help you through the guilt but help you learn some behaviors to avoid this type of situation in the future.

Too much booze can make anyone do stupid things. Don't ask me how I know.
The important thing is to get on with your life and don't repeat the mistake.
In all honesty, I blame the guy more than I'd blame you. He took advantage of a woman who was drunk. That is low behavior and borders on rape.
So don't go drinking with him again, you know what he will do if he has the chance.

Just move on. Learn from you mistake and live on. Just think of it as a learning experiecnce and It happened. If he was married why didn't he stop you from doing what you did when he knew it wasn't right.

Learn from it and move on with your life. You can't change the past but you can prevent it from happening again in the future.
BTW, there is no need to tell anyone.

Alcohol can do that to people...
You were kind of irresponsible to have sex with him... Try to brush it off and walk away. You'll get over it, but you'll always remember it as a mistake.
By the way, it's his fault too, so don't carry all the blame.
