talk to somebody, or if theres nobody to talk to express your feelings other ways like writing in xangas or diaries YEAH IT SOUNDS PATHETIC but the more you stay bottled up, the worse you feel. Trust me. It aint fun to have all these stress and thoughts built up on your chest so you needa get it off, and you'll be relieved when you do. It`ll be a big weight lifted off you shoulders
