He's just a secret admirer if he just stares at you and doesn't do anything about it. Maybe he is already taken, if he doesn't make a move to talk to you.

He's looking at you because he is attracted to you but you will not know anything else until you talk to him. guys that just look at you are afraid to talk to you. Either because they are "taken" or because they need you to make it easy for them to talk to you by showing interest. Some people are just shy at first.

well if u never talk to him and keep assuming you'll never know what's going on in his mind.
so go ahead talk to him, maybe just introduce yourself and see if he likes your friendship.
then after a few days you'll know if he really likes you or he just wanted your friendship.
if he's already taken and he still keeps staring at u be careful!! .......lol........

just go ahead talk to him...if one of you dont do anything about it, we never know **if he's taken or not** -lol- and.. if you know he's taken, there's nothing wrong to ask him why he keep staring at you =D -linz-
