"I just don't feel worthy enough yet to ask the Goddess for too much!" My dear friend, there is no such thing as not worthy enough.
You are the channel for the magick you do. We work with the Divine we do not bend our knee to the Divine for we are a part of the Divine. The Goddess is the sum of all that is feminine, including yourself. If you doubt your worth then you doubt your magick and faith as well. Have faith in yourself. Wicca is about self-empowerment, take charge of your life.
Magick is not limited. The more you use it the stronger you become with it. And never ever question if you can do magick for healing yourself or for others with their permission. Remember this, you are the microcosm within the macrocosm, by bettering yourself you also better the Universe around you. Draw in the healing love of Nature and She will help.
Bright Blessings )O(

You have already received much excellent advise to your question, so the only thing I will add is since you said you are trying to detox, leads me to believe you are quitting some kind of addiction to substance, if not then I apologize. Some people feel if they have a drinking or drug problem then they cannot take any medicine, I do not adhere to that and it is okay to take pain killers when suffering in pain as long as it is taken as directed. Last year I had a bad motorcycle wreck and refused morphine for pain at first but a good friend of mine who was a nurse saw my pain and encouraged me to ask the nurse to give it to me for the pain. When we use medication as it is designed to be used it is a tool for healing. If nothing else works, then take something for the pain, just don't abuse it and you will be fine, but try the other methods first. I like to listen to native American music with chanting and love flutes and drums.

Honey, tell the Goddess. She wants you to be healthy and happy. You are always worthy. Remember, in Wicca the Divine is part of us-- conversely, WE are part of the Divine!
Being so we are always worthy of the love of the Goddess, the Divine Mother. NEVER think otherwise!
A good way to relieve a headache is to smell lavender or rosemary, rest in a dark place, and keep a cool damp cloth on your forehead (scented with the nice scents if it doesn't make your headache worse). Try listening to soft music as well, such as Soundscapes on cable (New Age). Also, do a visualization of walking into the Goddess's cool dark cave, filled with love and peace. May things be better for you!
Bright blessings!

You not worthy of calling on divinity for help? We ARE divinity in mortal form.
Everything done by mortals and the underlying divinity in them has all been a progression to reach this present and highest form of divinity ever to exist.
People like Truth needs a hobby.
If you are having a migranel here is my three step migrane cure.
step 1. Take a Goody's headache powder, or Excedrin Migrane.
Step 2. Eat a Hershey's or other chocolate bar.
Step 3. Drink a coca cola or Pepsi.
These three steps are loading your body up on cafiene (about as much as in two cups of coffee), and Cafiene causes the blood vessels to restrict. When the blood bessels restrict; the pressure is relieved, and the pain is relieved.
You, Me, The chair I sit inm and the computer I use are all manifestations of divinity. I see God or the Great Spirit every where I look.
Since you are Wiccam, I only want to tell you one thing. The magick is NOT in the tools you use or the words you say.
The magick is in you, me, and everything else in Creation. It is your lifeforce, and it is out birthright, and it is our duty to learn to harness our ch'i, mana, manitou, nuwati, akasha, and dozens of other names, and use it as a force for good.

I don't know any spells, but I get migraines from heat exhaustion coupled with dehydration. Given that most of the US is in the throes of a heat wave, I would just drink lots of water and avoid doing too much outside of an air conditioned environment.

Love, Light & Peace Ariel,
Thats easy, ALMONDS!
6 Almonds contain the same amount of Acetaminaphin, (the active ingredient in common OTC pain medicines) as 2 Tylenol.
Points, Stars, Cars, etc.... HAND EM OVER!

Indeed, you may always ask the Goddess for anything... demand that she help or provide, no, but ask and plead, absolutely. Yes to the lavender and rosemary suggestions, and the head squeezing suggestion.
Also, if you take slices of fresh ginger root and rub them on your temples, it does wonders.
And definite yes to darkness and not staring at a computer screen. Soaking in a cool tub of water in the dark is lovely.
And wow, I didn't know that about almonds!!

I wouldn't worry about spells right now, but there are ways to treat a bad headache:
Warm some water and drop in a few drops of lavendar or rosemary. Soak a washcloth in it, wring it out, then go lay in a dark place and put the cloth on your head.
Rub vicks vapor rub on your forehead, temples & bridge of your nose. Go lay in the dark and relax.
I just recently saw on TV someone slice lemons and rub it on the head and tied them there with a cloth-- gonna try that next time.

what i find works well for headaches is to have someone squeeze your head for a few seconds - the front and back, and the sides... i know it sounds kinda strange, but it does wonders... as for spells, can't help you... candlelight would probably make it hurt worse, and the computer screen probably isn't helping either... just lay down in a dark silent room and think about something... maybe listen to an audiobook turned way down so u can just understand it... anything that may take ur mind off it... maybe visualization magic... imagine the pain growing lesser and lesser... though thinking about the pain may make it worse too...

You should put your feet in a bucket of water as hot as you can stand with lavendar oil....and put a cold compress or ice pack on your head at the same time....then reverse this by heating up rock salt in a pot and putting it into a bag for your head and put your feet in cold ice water...this works well for me! Just keep repeating the process......
i hope you feel better soon!
