well when my dad teaches her how to drive he always gets mad and my mom doesn't like and my dad doesn't even tell her what to do

and we have three vehicles one highlander one car and one pick up truck so if my mom could drive she has a car to drive

You must let your parents work out their own problems you will have plenty of your own to work out soon. Use your parents example to work out how you will or will not solve your problems.

If your Mum really wanted to work, she would whether she had a car or not. She could secretly go and have driving lessons with a driving school while Dad is at work, and then get herself a job, as he could not complain if she had a job and a car with a license. Anyway, let them figure it out, as you have to live your own life without worrying about other peoples problems, such as this one.

A person doesn't need to drive a vehicle to get to work. There's such a thing as public transportation. Unless there isn't any in your part of the world.

Um, your mom could learn to drive. Maybe he doesn't want her to work for other reasons, like he feels threatened by it, or she might meet other people through work. I think it's really up to the two of them.

This is between your parents. Let them work it out and try to stay out of it. They are both irresponsible parents if they've dragged you into it.
