Well they're your pores and they don't go away however they have creams that help make them smaller.
Biore is a brand that is made for your pores and all their products are for pores.
They have strips to remove the blackheads, toner, pore minimizers, etc.
It's sold in Target and places like that.
Clinique also sells a pore minimizer cream that works =)
EDIT--
I use this stuff called AcneFree which basically like Proactive but cheaper (I didn't feel like spending the money) and it actually works REALLY well and it's minimized my pores.
It's a 3-step system so it's kind of a pain in the butt but, it does work very nicely.
It's about $20 at Target and it's well worth it.

I have a time w/ blackheads on my chin and I use Apricot scrub. The secret is to keep using it daily every morning and every night before bed and NEVER go to bed with makeup on. After cleansing with the Apricot scrub rinse your face in cool water to close your pores. Keep doing htis and over time the combination will help remove the BH's and shrink yoru pores. Feel free to finish with an astringent.

Those are called pores. Your skin needs those to produce oils and excrete wastes. Those holes will always ALWAYS be there, until the day you die...and even after. Everyone has them. Some have larger than others. There is no actual way the make them smaller ,but they do sell products that are meant to make them less noticeable. Go to a dermatologist to find what product is best for you.

They are large pores- and unless you got cosmetic surgery, they are permanent. You can use foundation to cover them up, but wash your face well every night (just like you are doing)
