I'm 14 And im in High School and i sit by this girl and every time i make a joke or do something funny she always laugh......and she always stare at me so im confused

That doesn't mean she's going to go out with you. Smiling and shiet may mean she likes you, but girls that age like everyone.

More important is what is your coolness status? You a geek, nerd, jock, EMO, skater, skater-EMO hybrid, prep? If you're cooler than her or the same level you'll be good. If you're lower status, don't put yourself out there to be humiliated by a no because she's going to tell all her friends and laugh at you (though she may have thought it was cute). Lower to Higher status relationships in High School only happen between chicks from other schools.

If you want to be a dunce and not listen to me, you can find out by sending her a love poem/letter with your signature at end. She'll either crush your heart by telling you she just wants to be friends. That I'm better than you smirk in the corner of her mouth will just break your heart when she says it hahaha. Or, she'll say she wants to date you. It sounds like you're on the geekier side. Make sure you ask her out and have someone take a picture of you when she stamps on your heart. I want to see the look on your face at that exact moment HAHAHAHA.
