The whole bible is a direct quote from God. God inspired men to write the bible for our instructions. He put the words in their mind, they wrote it on parchment and that's how we have the Word of God today. Read it and you will see. All the questions that you have never thought up have already been answered. Just ask and you will see. Seeing is believing.

Hello and the holy bible has this to say in Exodus 31:18 And he gave unto Moses, when he had made an end of communing with him upon mount Sinai, two tables of testimony, tables of stone, written with the finger of God.
