there's this one girl in my high school, we dont talk but she knows that i exist. She kept on looking as me as i passed by and sometimes even stare at me, but when look back she seems to look away. Then one day i told her that i saw you yesterday and she seems to ignore me.

She could just be staring off into space when you think she's looking at you, there's no way to tell if she likes you unless you grow some balls and talk to her.

it may be that she is shy
you should go up to her and ask her out, let her know you like her and would like to get to know her better..would she like to go swimming, or biking, rollerblading , to a show, to eat somewhere........
