You'll probably gain weight and slow down your metabolism, feel really tired, get head aches and possibly feel nautious. It is healthy to fast regularly (like once every couple of months), but it won't help you lose weight. I did a 4 day fast the other week (not to lose weight, for other reasons) and ended up putting on two kilos. If you are trying to lose weight the first key is to stop stressing so much over it. When you stress about your weight, it makes you eat more (especially since you are alreading thinking about food and weight). Studies have proven that if you want to burn fat, believe it or not, the best exercise is to do 2 x 20 minute walks per day (and not fast ones either, if you walk too fast you stop burning fat). I was going to the gym 3 hours a day going full on, and it did nothing. When I started doing the walks it fell off. Fill up on good food (which makes you feel more satisfied), lots of veges, and some fruit everyday as well as healthy cereals, (not coco pops: think museli, granola etc), 2 pieces of bread per day (multigrain or oat bread - white bread won't keep you feeling full). People who eat dairy products are slimmer than those who don't (i don't mean ice cream: eat natural yogurt, drink milk and have low fat cheese). Stop eating crisps, fries, burgers, chocolate, butter, lollies, pop, and too much juice. Drink 8-12 glasses of water a day. (Think of how many calories there are in flavoued drinks - and u need to drink more to feel satisfied, so keep up the h2o and try herbal tea for a flavoured drink). Never eat until you are full. The Japanese say to eat until you are only 70% full. It's a great principle for not overeating. Don't beat yourself up if you have a bad day, just get back on the wagon

The human body can survive longer without food than it can water . You can survive approximately 3 days without water and about 3 weeks without food. So, if you did make such an UNWISE move, it wouldn't kill you. But you will be depleting your body of all of it's nutrients which can cause a number of illnesses. Since there are no carbohydrates in the system (the body's fuel) the body will start getting energy from muscle which will cause "muscle wasting". This gives an indivual an unhealthy appearance.
Doing something like this for 7 days, will not necessarily guarantee rapid weight loss either. Since the body is being deprived of food, it will naturally go into "survival mode" and try to retain weight in fear of not being fed. In short, you will lose weight faster if you ate.

well...i am assuming you will have a really bad headache and be dizzy. I have gone three weeks without eating, only drinking gatorade..but i had mono and tonsilitis. You will lose weight. But once you start eating again, you will gain it all back since your body will make up for the calories it wasnt getting.

Probably not the best thing to do.
Well 1) You will starve.
2) You will most likely get very sick.
3) Your blood sugar will drop.
4) You'll get weak.
5) The list goes on...
I wouldn't reccomend it.

A person can survive around 60 days without food.After three days, the body begins breaking down fat in order to produce energy.It is highly dangerous and not to do on purpose but you will not die from it.

you will get sick.are body needs food.Are you tring to lose weieght?If so try eating in small portion.Or you could try eating soup and frinking water.also drinking grapfruit after a meal can help. Dr.com or go to Dr,Oz he on opral and he has some vedio showing how our body works check it out?

You will lose weight, then gain it all back once you start eating again.
You will feel very very weak and lightheaded.
Dont do it. Just eat less. It is a bad idea.

Your body will go into starvation mode and you will also get sick enough to wind up in the hospital hooked up to IV's.
