Under the circumstances , you would be wrong not to. She was proud of her tatoo and seemed comfortable dropping her pants. File this memory away. Don't ask her for a second look. But don't feel guilty.

Listen I know its weird because its your sister but people show a lot more in a skimpy bikini on the beach and if it is on her butt then chances are many more people are going to see it. Maybe she just wanted to show you her new tattoo and maybe you just wanted to see what was so important to her that she has to get tattooed on her butt.

If you feel this awkward about seeing her butt then yes it was wrong, but most brothers and sisters don't have a problem with just butt seeing as long as it wasn't crotch looking.
