Well at first people would think its the USA, look at how much terror that goes on in the world because of the US, all of the Terrorist groups we train, fund and give weapons to. We kinda just do want we want, when we want and get away with it why? Because we blame all our dirty work on Alqieda, and why do they do that? Because of the people who own the world, the mass media, and our Government. They are the ones responsible. These people & our own Government even plan attacks on its own Country so that we will give them more power just so we can feel safe. And who do they blame it on? Their friends Alqieda. They want the American people & the world to feel unsafe so they can take away all our rights and liberties, they need our power. The power of the American people and the power of the Congress. The power that our Forefathers created and gave to us. They couldn't wage a war without our approval, and the Congress, now they can after 9/11 & the Patriot Act. America is the greatest Country to ever be put on this earth if they take away all the rights and liberties of the American people they get the greatest power in the world and then they can do whatever they want, and attack whoever they want, "A Dictatorship." They are just using the strongest and most wealithest country in the world to get what they want and thats a Global Government, a New World Order. Every country in the world knows this and this is why they don't do anything to stop us. Even if they attacked us or wage war against us they are still part of the plan of a Global Government. All it takes is one more attack on US soil, and trust me it will happen. Why do you think Bush passed the Patriot Act? Not to keep us safe, but so he can declare Martial Law when their planned attack happens again. With Martial Law in place they don't need the approval of Congress or the American people to wage wars & police the world, they will be above the law, No more Constitution of America, this is exaclty what they want. Get prepared people it is going to happen whether you believe it or not. Visit Survivormall.com and get prepared.

Uneven distribution of resources.

Oil
Holy Salvation
Money
Territory
Ideology

In a perfectly balanced world, everyone would have everything they need.
In the perfect religious world everyone would believe the same.

It is the difference between these things that creates the tension, greed, resentment that percolates into destructive action - war

The people or person who can define the inequality the best generates the support...

Good luck.

Bullies.

There are three type of people, bullies, victims, and protectors. Bullies take advantage of victims on a daily basis. Sometimes the US acts as a protector and fights the bully to protect the victims. Other times we don't.

Here in the US we have laws that mostly protect us from bullies but not always. I think even the liberals can understand this analogy. Speaking of, if you're not a bully or a protector then you're a victim.

Its not really about "who", or a particular group of people. Its just that this world can be very divided. And some people resort to violent means to get even. Violence can be very contagious because human nature is sensitive.

People who want to force their will on others, IE Islamists.

Look at France and Britain, the Islamic fascists there are attempting to force the people in their original homelands to convert to islam or die. They've been rioting, destroying property, and causing disproportionate amounts of crime compared to the natives.

No one person is responsible for all of the wars. If you had to place blame, blame religious leaders. Most wars are fought over differences in religious beliefs. If the religious leaders would preach peace instead of intolerance, maybe there would be world peace.

Many people, in many different situations. Not a clear-cut problem. Read "Vietnam:A History" by Stanley Karnow to see just how confusing the whole thing can be.
