We hung out for a few hours one day, and I enjoyed his company; it seemed like he enjoyed mine, too.
He told me he'd call back and that we'd hang out the following weekend, but he never did. I never tried calling him back, because I have a thing where I just can't call people...but he said he'd call back...
It's been like a month and I haven't talked to him once. I'm just kind of curious what went on, if anything, so...should I call? If so, what should I say?
Help, I'm a failure when it comes to this type of thing.

Okay well he probably didn't call back because he thought you didn't like him. Remember you was suppose to call him back but never did. You sent out the wrong signal. You waited along time but you still have a chance. Call him back and explain to him why you didn't call. I know you might be nervous but if you want him you should tell him you was too shy to call.
P.S.
I'm not trying to get up all in yo bussiness but you should Thank God you didn't meet a crazy guy that couldn't hurt you. Meeting up with people you don't from the net is a bit dangerous. I think you should of at least had somebody come with you on your date or something.

Hi there,don't worry. I feel like a loser when it comes to this crap too because, I'm just starting out..just starting to figure men out,and seeing what works and what doesn't. It's very annoying though. I really,really,really, do not wish nor intend to burst your bubble or let you down but here is my opinion.
Probably if he was into you, he would have called you already.
Just think about it..Men are hunters,they like to hunt. When a man is crazy about a girl, that is all he has in his mind.
Yes, but sometimes guys want girls to call.it depends on the guy. So, you should call. Just be like, hi there remember me?
Then start saying how,you just remembered him and you wanted to give him a call to say hi and see what's up.
Ask him if he wants to hang out sometime. Pretend you never noticed him not calling. Be casual, just be friendly like a friend.Don't go b itch slapping him verbally..you'll seem desperet. I hope you find that he likes you back.

A month is a long time. He blew you off, he may have lost interest. I'd move on. What right does he have to make plans with you and then never call you back? If he was really interested you'd have gotten a call.
You could give him a call if you're really curious, but don't accept a lame excuse for him never calling you back.

A month has passed and he has not called is a sign that he is not interested and simply move on. Next time get the nerve and call the guy you have nothing to lose.

Do you want to always be the one to follow through?
It sounds like you are not happy with the situation, so why pursue this guy?
There are alot of other people out there, so I would file his address card in the "forget him" file and go check out some others.

Call and say "Hey, it's been a while. Would you like to go out for coffee?" If he says no or doesn't answer, then just find a new person.

Guys do this sruff because they don't want to see a sad face, sso they say they'll cakk or email. Its a kiss off, their not into you period.

could be two things. First you slept with him and hill never call you back or 2nd he tried to sleep with you and you dident allow it.
