Of course still talk to her. Don't hit on her if that's what you mean. Become good friends but let her know you might want to be more than friends in the future. That way she won't look at you as her best friend of brother whom she would never date. If you play your cards right you might be next in line.

How close is she with him? Don't get him to break up with her or her with him if they are happy just leave it alone...if they r in a bad relationship then talk to her as a friend and see where it goes....
