It's a dead duck still in the shell.
The yolk tastes good, but it's flavored because of the liquid that's in the egg that was supposed to keep the duck alive. I haven't eaten it in a long time, but from what I remember the duck is crunchy, furry, and gooey.
Filipino Cuisine. Gotta love it.

Sea urchin. It was when I ordered some sushi and wanted to try something new. BIG MISTAKE. That is probably the nastiest thing I have ever eaten outside of liver. The texture was slimy and the taste made me want to puke.

I have eaten Kangaroo tail stew nice but very strong taste,Emu pies gross and Bungara (goanna) very nice tastes like chicken my mother in law was an Aboriginal lady and she sure could cook.Actually I have eaten Kangaroo rissoles(meat balls as well) and they were very nice.

Oddest for me was deep fried turkey testicles. They were a bit spicy and pretty good! Although a bit salty.
