I heard that Muslim men get 75 virgins when they get to heaven. I'm not sure if this is truly what they believe or not. If not, please correct me.
If so, what do the Muslim woman get when they die?

The Cynic is being dishonest. At the very least, he is leaving out a couple of pertinent facts. The 72 virgins (it is 72, not 75) are not human women, they are specially created creatures called "houri"..very beautiful, with transparent skin and luminous eyes. Martyrs also get a number of young boys that "shine like pearls", to "serve" them.
The part about the garden built over a flowing river is true though.
What is also true is that not very many women will ever see the inside of the Muslim heaven, since, according to the "prophet", they will be in hell, which is bursting at the seams with feminine screams.
Sorry, girls, but you already know that you are no better than a dog or a palm tree...you are a curse.
Yeah, you read it right. There are three things which are a curse...a woman, a dog, and (yeppers) a palm tree.
Go figure.

The figure seems to be increasing with every passing day; it used to be 72 before this question.
There is no mention of "72 virgins" in the Islamic Quran; it is a concoction invented by people by which Muslims are not fooled but unfortunately it leads some of them astray and misleads non-Muslims into believing it.
The concept of Heaven in their book is a "garden underneath which rivers flow" where they will win the countenance of their Creator.

I would think that 75 Virgins who made it to Heaven that way.. would want to wait for the person that ordered the men to die for their cause.. rather than give themselves to the men to did just one thing (suicide bomber for example) So, they get to laugh at the men with their 75 Virgins.. who are content to STAY virgins.

The Quran says we will be raised up on judgment day. If we are due rewards for our deeds we will all have them in heaven.
Tina, The Quran does not say carpet. Nor does it say flat. I guess your version say this. The Quran is saying basically that Allah(swt) has made earth spread out, with roads that are open, water from the sky and vegetation.

I heard that they believe this way. When we get to heaven I do not believe God is going to give men 75 virgins. I believe we will serve God when we go to Heaven.

Its a lot like Christianity... when they invented the religion's foundation, Islam kinda messed up and accidently went too far. Atleast with Christianity we can just say... OH, OH... um... it was important to ignore women's rights then, but it was only a culture thing - so its not important now

They don't get to heaven since they were not following Jesus.

Jesus is the only way to heaven.
