I am almost 15 years old. I'm about 5' 6" and weight 155. I don't look that, but I am. Am I overweight? If I am, what should I do? As far as I know, I'm pretty healthy. Please help! =]

You should check with your physician, the one that you have checkups with because they will be able to tell you. Other people may think that you are overweight simply because of their minds. For example, they are always exposed to pictures of skinny people.
Also, the style of clothing that you wear may influence the shape of your body (e.g. skinny, normal, or overweight).
Just check with your doctor, also if you must lose some weight, dieting WILL NOT work. Exercising will get rid of all that extra body fat (if you are overweight). Riding on the bike, or even doing a jog each day will help you.
No matter what, don't worry. It will contribute to your stress levels if you are worrying too much, which is not good for your health. Take care and hope this helps. =)

It would depend on a few things. How big frame body you have (Bone size and width), water retention, how much muscle you have, etc.
I'd say you are in the normal range for your age and height though. Ignore the BMI charts because they classify bodybuilders as overweight. Just the way they work.
Just because you aren't anorexic looking like runway models doesn't mean your heavy, as being that thin is more unhealthy than being overweight.
Don't worry.

You are slightly over a normal BMI (body mass index), but only four pounds less would put you at ideal.
Your weight is not an issue at this point, I would say. You sound healthy. Unless those pounds are distributed in a way that makes you uncomfortable, I wouldn't worry.

You could probably stand to lose 15 to 20 pounds or so, -but don't get stressed out about it. Just cut back on eating out to a couple of times a month, and try doing more physical things (like walking to places; climbing stairs, & running around Outside)- & you'll slim down nicely. :)
