The girl I like, always tells me that she is ugly. I keep telling her she's not, and she keeps saying she is ugly. How can I tell her that she is not ugly and show her that I care about her. I can't really date her because of her dad. He doesen't like me. We can only see eachother on parties, and recently I met her in a party, but she doesen't talk to me much anymore. She says its wierd meeting from a long time ago. There's going to be another party in a week. What should I say? We talk a lot on email though, and she said she use to like me. I don't know if she still does. What should I do at the party? How can I show her that I can be a really good guy. P.S I can't take her out!!!!

At the party, avoid her dad and take her to another room, but don't push her or force her. Tell her how you feel about her. Show her that you can be the man, that she never knew about you. This is a tough question, kind of sort of....
I don't see why it matters that her Dad doesn't like you or not. If she liked you, she would find a way to date you. I know that I have never let me parents tell me who I could and couldn't
date. SHe may have gotten over her crush. BUT doesn't mean that you can't still try. Who knows you may recindle your her crush on you. I WOULD SAY GO FOR IT! BUT, if you can't take her out on any dates, it kind of makes it hard to date someone, and it probably wouldn't last!! You have got to find a way to get past her dad, find out what the deal is there!!
At the party, what you need to do is take her to the side. Tell her how you feel with no BS. Tell her that you would really like to make things work for you 2.
OH~ and about the whole ugly thing... she just likes to her you say that you think she is hot. She may not think she is all that, but I doubt that she truely thinks that she is ugly. She just likes to be reassured that you are still thinking about her. That may be a sign that she still may be thinking about you....

ok if she says anything about her being ugly again , then tell her this exactly "well i think your beautiful no matter what you say and i dont care if your dad doesnt like me i still wanna be with you " and then after that if your still together by email or meet ups at parties you get up, look at your balls and say " I AM A MAN!" and go talk to her dad about guy stuff and hope he doesnt kick your *** because people who are meant to be together some how find a way , or by fate end up together

I think you should continue to be nice to her, but give up on anything beyond that. You have too many obstacles.
I wish I could suggest some way to be her knight in shining armor, to win her over and to live happily ever after, but with her dad not liking you and you being unable to take her out the only future I can see for you with her is frustration.
Find another girl who likes herself more and whose parents are more accepting of you. That shouldn't be difficult. There are tons of girls just about everywhere and a lot of them are pretty good looking and pretty well adjusted.

If this girl straightens out eventually and gets to where she can make a few decisions without her dad there could be a future for the two of you, but I wouldn't count on it.

forget about this tomato ..she has too many problems..just be a friend..e-mail is ok..time will straighten out her dad..and yeah..be nice at the parties..but don't push her..and if she keeps up with the feeling sorry act.."I am so ugly" this should tell you she has issues..she is just wanting you to tell her a lot of stuff ..about how good looking she is..she is fishing for a compliment or two..how pathetic is this?

be honest and make her laugh. You need to tell her how you feel about otherwise just like a bird she'll go she'll fly away. Tell her how beautiful she really is keep reminding her she obviuosly has low self esteem so do your best to cheer her up

sounds like you have issues with being a wuss, be a man and just ask her whats up. If you know who is throwing the party, maybe you can set it up, so you two could "talk" alone

1. the girl told u she USED to like you
2. u can't go out with her anyways
3. she has no self confidence
4. emailing her is 1 thing/actually talking to her is another thing.
5. she doesn't talk to you as much
6. and you can only see her at parties
