My bird (cockatiel) layed 3 eggs and she's not laying more?

And my male (also cockatiel) whenever he is in the cage he spreads the eggs and I think the female is cracking the eggs 'cause when the male is out of the cage, one of the eggs sticks onto the mothers stomach feathers because the egg is cracked and the yolk is makin the egg stick?

Remove the broken one but leave the rest until she stops sitting on them (usually 3 weeks). If you keep taking them away, she might keep laying eggs which can lead to calcium deficiency.
