Way to go TEXAS, you guy's rock, and it looks like the Texans are taking the lead in the fight against illegal immigration, and I hope you fight this all the way to the top, illegals should have no rights whatsoever.

Unfortunately you signed a lease on for a new lease term, can't do anything about your current rate. What you can do is when your lease term is up you can request a lower rate or you'll be taking your good tenant status elsewhere. It sucks, but its the same idea as if you bought something one week for $100.00 then a month later the same product went on sale for $89.99. You wouldn't go back to the store and demand a refund, it just happens that way. If the complex sucks so much, then you should try to find another place to live. Either at the end of your current lease term or check your lease to see if you can legally give notice and leave.

The majority in America no longer rule and the Bush led government is giving our country away to illegal aliens who pay no property tax, get free education, free medical, free health , place huge burdens on our legal system. Unlike our European forefathers who came to America and made it the success it is today illegal Mexican, El Savadorans etc. want to establish the old way of life that was a total failure in their home countries. Mexicans have no inherit right to sneak into our country and then demand rights only guaranteed to Americans. I see the future for anglo children in America as being very bleak unless we act quickly to send these people back to their own countries.

Out here in CA we have illegals who sleep on mattresses under mobile homes and are willing to pay to do it. They sleep under trees along canal banks in little pods like the great apes, out of old clunker cars and on abandoned/condemned property. Why would anyone think being unable to rent a place to live would stop them from coming here? The description of their lives where they sold everything to buy their way across the border is not something they are willing to go back for. Places where there was no work, food sanitary facilities or water. Places where there is no life except desolate poverty and hunger and the governments being even more corrupt than our own are money hungry and greedy. My N. European ancestors came here in the 1800s but I take food to these illegals when I find where they stay. Are we so inhuman as to ignore their plight? Who's fault is it that they live this way? Should I report the family upstairs, husband wife and 2 children who live in a studio apartment and can't speak English?

One more case where a Judge thinks that he is God. I am sick of Judges overstepping the rules that bound them! He should be removed from office and denied any further benefits! Oh, yeah people should NOT be able to rent a home, buy a house or a car if they aren't in this country legally. Breaking the law should NOT be rewarded!

//What happened to Majority rules?//
you're not real familiar with the way the united states court system works, are you?
you see, there's something called the constitution that is the highest law in the land. if you pass a referendum that contradicts the constitution? you're screwed.
if you pass a law that conflicts with the state constitution? you're screwed.
//So what the court is telling this city is the illegals have more rights than the citizens who can vote?//
where did that come from? illegals can't do anything you can't do...

This is the best example of the whiners getting attention.
But people need to understand that you can protest all you like - the people have spoken. It is pretty basic. I had to supply my social security number when I rented my apartment when I first got married. No soc sec number, no rent. It is rather simple, and it doesn't violate anyone's civil rights. They are going to lose that one.

The judge needs his rear end kicked out of office.
The citizens made a decision. It should be final.
Joan, yes, you should report the people upstairs if they are illegally here.

Woohoooo!!!!!!! Another Hazleton, PA and I'm all for it!!!
The majority hasn't ruled for at least the current and previous presidency terms (7 years).
There will be quite an uprising if the illegals and their enablers (the ACLU) get their way ...
