Sometime they may seem dead and the kitten just needs to be simulated. Have a soft towel near by and also make sure the birth sack it removed from the face so it can breath. Just rub gently to get the life into it. Swinging it downward gently helps too. Just keep an eye on her and take mom and babies to the vets tomorrow unless you need help now at least give them a call. All the best:^)

Sometimes the momma cat does not break the sac surrounding the kitten when it is born and the kitten cannot breathe. This usually happens with first-time mothers.
There can be several hours before another kitten is born; if your cat is having contractions for a very long time and the kitten does not come out, it can be breach and will have to be turned. Most first time mother cats have small litters, sometimes only 1 or 2 kittens. If the mother cat does not break the sac after it is born, you will have to do it so the kitten can breathe.
After the cat is done having the kittens, she will pass the placenta, sometimes several hours later.
Good luck to you and your cat.

don't worry the kitten was probably dead in the womb and the rest wont come out dead that or the kitten came out butt first which will give your cat complications, but it takes up to 2 hours for the birth to be complete

I'm so sorry about the kitten. :(
My boyfriend's cat had her first kitten..and she didn't have her second until about 4 hours later.
All 4 cats are alive and healthy.
It took about 6 hours for all of the kittens to be born.
It's possibly she's only having one..but give her time.
If there are more kittens to be born she will have them when she's ready.

sometimes kittens wont make it for multiple reasons. If u can still feel lumps in her stomach and nothing has happened take her to the vet she might need to have a c-section. my cat just had one this morning.

sometimes it takes time just be patient you will know if there is a problem and you have to take her to the vet. just keep the babies warm if there not trying to nurse try and get them too but make sure mom doesnt trample them sqirming around.
EDIT
you can also feel her belly and if you feel lumps she still has some, also if one comes out and she doesnt get it out of the sack fast enough and it is trying to breath but getting stuff in its face dont be afraid to help them
